Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Image Combiner and the aiimagecombiner.site website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts

  • You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Do not share your account or allow others to use it.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
  • Do not upload images you do not have the rights to, including copyrighted photos or images of individuals without their consent.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or circumvent any part of the Service.
  • Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in a way that exceeds normal usage patterns.
  • Respect the rights and privacy of others.

Content and Ownership

Your inputs and outputs: You retain ownership of the images you upload and the AI-generated results, subject to applicable law and provider terms. You grant us a limited license to process your images solely to provide the Service (i.e., to send them to our AI provider and return the result to you). We do not claim any ownership over your content.

Our content: All site materials, trademarks, UI, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. Do not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without written permission.

AI-Generated Outputs

  • AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or imperfect. Use your own judgment before relying on any output.
  • You are responsible for how you use generated images, including ensuring compliance with laws and third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Image processing is powered by Google Gemini API. Your content may be transmitted to Google solely to fulfill your request, subject to Google's applicable API terms.

Plans, Payments, and Refunds

  • Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and features may change with advance notice.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes may apply.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • If you have not used your subscription within one week of purchase and wish to cancel, contact us at support@aiimagecombiner.site for a refund. After one week of use, all sales are final.

Commercial Use

Free plan users may use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes only, and Free outputs include a visible watermark. Premium and Ultimate subscribers receive watermark-free downloads and full commercial use rights to their generated images, subject to these Terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party tools including Google (authentication), Stripe (payments), and Google Gemini API (AI processing). We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or availability.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee error-free, uninterrupted operation, or that any particular output will meet your requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, for security or legal reasons, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of our primary place of business.
