We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information AI Image Combiner ("we", "us", or "our") collects when you use aiimagecombiner.site (the "Service"), how we use it, and your rights and choices. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

• Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture. We store the account details needed to identify your account and keep you signed in.
• Account settings and service records: Your selected plan, credit balances, favorite templates, generation history metadata, and account preferences.
• Usage data: Interactions with features (e.g., number of generations, combine modes used), pages visited, and operational service logs.
• Device data: Browser type, operating system, device type, and approximate region derived from IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies: Used for authentication, session continuity, and core service performance.
• Payment and billing information: Stripe processes your payment method. We do not store your full card number or CVC, but we may store billing records such as Stripe customer IDs, subscription status, billing interval, invoice references, payment issue messages, and credit or billing change history.
• Images you upload: Images are transmitted to our AI provider (Google Gemini API) for processing. To support queued execution, temporary source images may be stored in protected storage for up to 72 hours before automatic deletion. Generated results may be stored in protected storage for up to 7 days so signed-in users can access recent history.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the Service (image generation, credit management).
• Manage your account, subscription, and billing.
• Improve the Service and develop new features (using aggregate, non-personal data).
• Detect fraud, prevent abuse, and ensure security.
• Respond to support inquiries and communicate service updates.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Your Images — How They Are Processed

When you upload images to combine, they are sent directly to a billing-enabled Gemini API project over an encrypted connection. Temporary source images may be kept in protected storage for up to 72 hours so queued generations can finish even if you close or refresh the page. To provide authenticated history and result retrieval, generated result images may be stored in protected storage for up to 7 days before they expire automatically, and you may be able to delete them sooner from your account history.

Under Google's Gemini API Paid Services terms, prompts, images, and outputs from a billing-enabled Gemini API project are not used to improve Google products. Google may still retain limited logs for abuse detection and legal compliance. We do not enable AI Studio Logs and Datasets for this service.

Information Sharing

• Service providers: Infrastructure, authentication (Google), payments (Stripe), and AI processing (Google Gemini) — only as needed to operate the Service.
• Legal/compliance: If required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or security.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.
• We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

• Essential: Required for login, authentication, billing flows, and core functionality. Cannot be disabled without breaking the Service.
• We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

Data Retention

Account, usage, and billing records are retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Temporary source images used for queued execution are retained for up to 72 hours unless they are deleted sooner. Generated result images are retained for up to 7 days unless you delete them sooner, they expire automatically, or a longer retention period is required for security or legal reasons. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer reasonably necessary.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent. To submit a request, email us with the subject line Privacy Request and include the email address associated with your account plus enough detail for us to understand your request. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top and may notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the site.
