• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
• Images you upload: Images are transmitted to our AI provider (Google Gemini API) for processing and are not written to our servers at any point. We do not retain your uploaded images or generated results after your session ends.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the Service (image generation, credit management).
• Manage your account, subscription, and billing.
• Improve the Service and develop new features (using aggregate, non-personal data).

Your Images — How They Are Processed

When you upload images to combine, they are sent directly to a billing-enabled Gemini API project over an encrypted connection. The images are processed in memory to generate your result and are not stored by us at any stage. The generated result is returned to your browser and is also not retained on our servers.

Under Google's Gemini API Paid Services terms, prompts, images, and outputs from a billing-enabled Gemini API project are not used to improve Google products. Google may still retain limited logs for abuse detection and legal compliance. We do not enable AI Studio Logs and Datasets for this service.

Information Sharing

• Service providers: Infrastructure, analytics, authentication (Google), payments (Stripe), and AI processing (Google Gemini) — only as needed to operate the Service.
• Legal/compliance: If required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or security.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.
• We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

• Essential: Required for login, authentication, and core functionality. Cannot be disabled without breaking the Service.
