What do free users get?
Free users get 10 signup credits, access to Good quality at 1K resolution, 1 image per generation, and watermarked outputs for personal use.
Why do monthly and yearly plans include the same credits?
Credits stay the same so the plan comparison remains simple. Yearly billing is discounted on price, not on monthly credit volume.
Do paid plans remove the watermark?
Yes. Premium and Ultimate remove the free-plan watermark from generated results.
Which plan unlocks Best quality?
Both Premium and Ultimate unlock Best quality. Premium supports up to 2K output, while Ultimate supports up to 4K.
How many images can I generate per request?
Free: 1 image. Premium: up to 2 images. Ultimate: up to 4 images. Each additional image multiplies the credit cost linearly.
Can I use generated images commercially?
Yes, on paid plans. Free outputs are for personal use only, while Premium and Ultimate include commercial use rights.
What counts as one credit?
Good quality costs 3, 4, or 6 credits for 1K, 2K, and 4K. Best quality costs 6, 8, or 12 credits. Multi-image outputs scale linearly by image count.
What happens if a result is blocked as NSFW?
Safety-blocked NSFW results still count as a billed generation. Technical failures such as provider errors or timeouts do not.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can start with the plan that fits your workflow today and upgrade later if you need more monthly credits, higher resolution, or more outputs per request.
How do credits work when I upgrade my plan?
If you upgrade before using your current cycle's subscription credits, your account is topped up to the new plan's full monthly credit amount. If you have already used subscription credits in the current cycle, the additional credits are adjusted based on the remaining cycle.
What happens if my renewal payment fails?
If a renewal payment fails, your account moves into a payment issue state. Subscription credits are paused until the payment succeeds again, so only bonus credits remain available in the meantime.
Do you offer refunds?
Except where required by law, subscriptions are non-refundable and non-prorated. If you purchased a plan, have not materially used paid features, and contact support@aiimagecombiner.site within 7 days of purchase, AI Image Combiner may review a refund request case by case.
Will my price change if I subscribe now?
If pricing changes in the future, we will provide advance notice. Any change would apply to future billing, not retroactively to the current billing period you already paid for.
